WALK-IN MAINTENANCE
THRESHOLD REMOVAL
WARNING! Make sure that the electric power to the walk-in is disconnected before attempting to replace door heater.
To remove the threshold, remove all visible screws that attach the threshold to the walk-in floor or to the building floor.
Three screws attach the threshold to the bottom plate of the door section. When all screws are removed, pry the
threshold up until it is free and remove it from the floor section.
STAINLESS STEEL TRIM REMOVAL
Use a screwdriver to remove four screws on each of the three trim pieces. Remove each trim piece in turn. This will
expose the heater wire and hardboard spacer strip.
