operate and you can't update any of the output channel
parameters.
Note that the gain of a bridged pair of channels is 6dB
higher than a single channel. As the gain for a single
channel (with all DSP level controls set to 0dB) is 32dB,
the gain for a pair of bridged channels is 38dB. This
may impact limiter settings and the balance of levels in
a system where some amplifier channels are bridged and
others are in standard mode.
To bridge or unbridge two channels
1. Press OUTPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the output channel (page 24).
To bridge channels, you must select an odd-
numbered channel. For example, to bridge channels
3 and 4, select channel 3.
2. Press the down arrow button several times so that
AMP appears top left (usually seven presses).
This menu item doesn't exist for
even-numbered channels.
3. Rotate
ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to set Bridge to
On or O.
If you bridge channels, an orange bridge indicator
lights up between the two channels on the right-hand
side of the front panel (page 9).
4. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or press OUTPUT
several times to step through the channels.
Output FIR
For output FIR, there are ten stages of equalisation
available for each channel:
Two shelving filters: the high shelf filter (page 27) and
the low shelf filter (page 28).
Eight parametric filters (page 27).
You can also apply a high pass filter (page 28) and a low
pass filter (page 28).
Note that the amplifier also has 1,000 FIR filter taps
at 48kHz on each output channel. This is reserved for
optimised systems and Martin Audio's Display software.
You can't upload your own file.
Output high shelf filter
Use the EQ< menu item to edit the high shelf filter for the
output channel. You can update the frequency, slope and
gain. For details of FIR, see output FIR (page 27). The
high shelf filter is shown as HS in Vu-Net (page 36).
To edit the high shelf filter
1. Press OUTPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the output channel (page 24).
2. Press the up arrow buttonseveral times
untilEQ<appears top left (usually thirteen presses).
3. RotateADJUST(the right-hand dial) to change the
frequency.

6. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or press OUTPUT
several times to step through the channels.
Output parametric EQ filters
For each of the eight output parametric filters you can
specify the frequency, bandwidth and gain. For details of
FIR, see output FIR (page 27).
Note that the amplifier also has input parametric EQ
filters. (page 22)
To update the eight parametric filters
1. Press OUTPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the output channel (page 24).
2. Press the up arrow button
