4. Rotate SELECT (the left-hand dial) to choose Slope
and rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to update the
slope in dB. This is shown as Q in
Vu-Net (page 36).
5. Rotate
SELECT (the left-hand dial) to choose Gain and
rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to change the cut
and boost in 0.2dB increments.
6. Press the up arrow button
until EQb appears top
left. This is low shelf two. Edit this in the same way as
low shelf one.
7. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
High pass filter
Use theHPFmenu item to edit the high pass filter for the
input signal. You can update the frequency and select the
following filter types:
1st Not supported in Vu-Net (page 36)
Bes12 Bessel 12 dB
But12 Butterworth 12 dB
LR12 Linkwitz-Riley 12 dB
Bes18 Bessel 18 dB
But18 Butterworth 18 dB
Bes24 Bessel 18 dB
But24 Butterworth 24 dB
LR24 Linkwitz-Riley 24 dB
Har4th Hardman 4th order – Not supported in Vu-Net (page 36)
To select the high pass filter
1. PressINPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the input channel (page 18).
2. Press the up arrow buttonseveral times
untilHPFappears top left (usually two presses).
3. RotateADJUST(the right-hand dial) to choose the
frequency. If you want to switch off the high pass
filter, rotate to the left to set the frequency to<<Out.
4. Rotate
SELECT(the left-hand dial) to
choose
Shapeand rotateADJUST(the right-hand dial)
to choose the high pass filter type (see above).
5. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
Input delay
Use the DEL menu item to add a delay to an input
channel. See also Latency delay (page 50).
To update input delay
1. PressINPUT to select the channel. For details, see
Selecting the input channel (page 18).
2. Press the up arrow button several times until DEL
appears top left (usually one press).
3. Rotate ADJUST (the right-hand dial) to change the
delay in ms. To remove the delay, set the delay to
0ms.
4. Press UTILITY to exit the menu or pressINPUT several
times to step through the channels.
