Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be dis-
posed of with the usual domestic waste. They may
contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to haz-
ardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The
chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why
you should dispose of used batteries / rechargeable
batteries at a local collection point.
This disposal is free of charge to you.
Protect the environment and dispose of the product
properly.
This product is recyclable, subject to extended
producer responsibility and is collected separately.
The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be removed
for disposal. Return the entire product to a waste
electronics collection point.
Warranty and service
Warranty
You receive a 36-month warranty for this device, valid
from the date of purchase. This device has been
manufactured with care under strict quality control.
During the warranty period we will remedy any de-
fects in material or manufacture free of charge. In
the event that a defect arises during the warranty
period, please send the device to the listed service
centre address, quoting the following model number:
14156506L .
Damages caused by improper handling, non-obser-
vance of the operating instructions or unauthorised
interference are excluded from the warranty, as well
as wear parts (such as e.g. illuminants). Services
performed under the warranty do not extend or
renew the warranty period.
