Do not look directly into the light source (light
bulb, LED etc.). Do not look into the light source
(light bulb, LED, etc.) with an optical instrument
(e.g. magnifying glass).
Before first use
Note: Remove all packaging material from
the product.
Now place the table screw clamp

onto a
table top ≤ 6cm thick and secure it by turning
the screw clockwise.
Insert the lower articulated arm

and secure it by
tightening the lock screw

clockwise. Verify
that the articulated arm

is firmly tightened

Insert the glass lens

Initial use

Adjusting the product
Never use force when adjusting the product.
The product can be adjusted in different ways:

Switching the product
on and off
Switch the product on or off using the On/Off
button

Using the magnifier
Lift the dust cover

to use the magnifier.
Focus the object you wish to view by changing
the distance to the object and the distance
between your eyes and the magnifier.
IMPORTANT: Keep the dust cover

closed
when the magnifier is not in use. Please note,
an open magnifier always poses a fire hazard
as light rays bundled by the magnifier can gen-
erate concentrated heat or a fire.
Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING! DANGER OF ELEC-
TRIC SHOCK! Remove the mains plug

from the mains socket before cleaning.
WARNING! DANGER OF ELEC-
TRIC SHOCK! To ensure electrical
safety, never clean the lamp with ag-
gressive detergents or immerse it in water.
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS DUE
TO HOT SURFACES! Allow the lamp
to cool down completely.
Do not use solvents, petrol, etc. These will
damage the lamp.
Only use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning.
Clean the magnifier using a soft, dry cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recy-
clable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.
