Before installation ensure that the circuit, to which
the light will be connected, is not energised. To
do so, remove the fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker in the fuse box (0 position).
Use a 2-pole voltage tester to verify cables are
not live.
Initial use
Mounting the light (Fig. A)
Remove the lampshade

by turning it coun-
terclockwise from the base plate

Hold the base plate

against the ceiling and
mark the drill holes using the holes in the base
plate

intended for the screws

Drill the holes (approx. Ø 6 mm, approx. 40 mm
deep). Be sure not to damage the supply line.
Insert the wall plugs

into the drilled holes.
If necessary, use a hammer to do so.
Feed the mains connection cord (extern)

through the rubber membrane. Ensure that the
membrane is positioned correctly.
Attach the base plate

to the ceiling using
the screws

Pull the protective tubes

over cables L and
N of the mains connection cable (external)

Connect the mains connection cable (external)

to the lamp using the luster terminal

Pay attention to the color combination of the
connected lines (current-carrying conductor,
black or brown = symbol L, neutral conductor,
blue = symbol N, protective conductor,
green-yellow =
).
Make sure it is firmly secured.
Attach the lampshade

by turning it clock-
wise onto the base plate

Replace the fuse or switch on the circuit
breaker (I setting) inside the fuse box.
Your light is now ready to use.
Inserting / replacing batteries

If the range of the remote control

reduces, the
battery needs to be replaced.
Slide the battery cover

on the reverse side of
the remote control

from the remote control

in the direction of the arrow.
Remove the batteries.
Insert the new batteries (AAA) into the remote
control

Note: The correct polarity is indicated in the
battery compartment of the remote control

Slide the battery cover back

Note: The transmitter for the remote control

located on the opposite side of the battery com-
partment. Ensure there are no obstacles between
the transmitter and the receiver.
