MAINTENANCE

Replacement Steps:

See Figure D.1 for steps 1-9.

1. Disconnect the extraction fan(s) from the input power.

2. Loosen latches (A) and remove the lter cover (B).

3. Unscrew the knurled nut (C) and remove the lter cover plate (D).

4. Lift the LongLife lter cartridge (E) up and out of the ltration

unit.

5. Remove the prelter (F).

6. If required by federal, state and/or local regulations and

guidelines, conceal prelter in appropriate bag, e.g. plastic bag.

7. Clean the lter compartment with an industrial vacuum cleaner

that meets OSHA guidelines for Cr6 housekeeping.

8. Install a new prelter.

9. Replace the dismounted parts in reverse order.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (OPTION)

Replace the Activated Carbon Filter:

• When detecting odors and smells; or

• When it has been damaged.

Replacement Steps:

See Figure D.1 for steps 1-6.

1. Disconnect the extraction fan(s) from the input power.

2. Loosen latches (A) and remove the lter cover (B).

3. Unscrew the knurled nut (C) and remove the lter cover plate (D).

4. Remove the Activated Carbon Filter from the LongLife lter

cartridge.

5. Install a new Activated Carbon Filter.

6. Replace the dismounted parts in reverse order
