Thermal Cut-Out Switch for Control Box
Components
The Lincoln Aperion Impinger® oven includes 3 safety
thermal cut-out switches for your protection. The oven high
limit capillary thermostat is located in the cooking cavity
and is manually resettable from the oven rear panel. The
component high limit thermostats (2) are located in the
control towers on each side of the oven cavity. They are
automatic reset switches that will trip if temperatures in
the component areas are too high. In the unlikely event that
the oven would exceed the specified operating temperature
range, the thermal cut-out switches will block power to the
heating elements (electric models) or to the ignition module
(gas models). The UI and oven will continue to be ON, but
the heat to the oven will be disabled.
How to Obtain Service
The name and phone number of the Factory Authorized
Servicer should be located on the oven or contact Lincoln
Technical Service Department at (844) 724-2273 for the
name of the nearest agency.
