Using a scraper, immediately remove pieces of foil, food spills, grease spatters, sugar traces and other foods with a
high sugar content from the surface to avoid damaging the hob. Never use abrasive sponges or cloths, or harsh
chemical detergents such as oven sprays and stain removers.
Troubleshooting
Before calling the after-sales service, check that the appliance is in good condition. correctly connected, the following
cases are not covered by the guarantee directive
> Damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance.
> Damage caused by unauthorized dismantling and repair.
> Damage caused by misuse.
> Use of the glass ceramic hob for commercial purposes.
