Auxiliary functions
Select the desired auxiliary function before starting
the programme.
• If the auxiliary function cannot be selected or
cancelled the red light of the relevant auxiliary
function will blink 3 times to warn the user.
• If auxiliary functions conflict, the function selected
first will be cancelled and the second auxiliary
function will remain active.
• An auxiliary function that is not compatible with the
programme cannot be selected.
Intensive
Usage Use for heavily soiled laundry.
Tip
• Prewash uses more energy.
• Prewash without detergent is recommended for tulle and curtains.
Steam
Tip
Use to reduce wrinkles, minimising ironing time. Suitable for cotton synthetic
and mixed laundry. Note, where this function is applied at the end of washing,
clothes may be warm.
WARNING Do not use liquid detergents with this function, unless you have a liquid container or liquid
detergent dosing capability. There is a risk of staining the laundry

Usage Allows you to increase the programme
Tip
Not using the Prewash will save energy.
• Prewash without detergent is recommended for tulle and curtains.
Water Mode
Usage Activates Save Water, Extra Rinse and PreWash functions with compatible programmes.
Suitable for sensitive skins, (babies, allergies etc.), helps reduce detergent remnants
remaining on the laundry.
Tips
Save Water: For lightly soiled laundry requiring only a small amount of detergent.
Enables environmentally friendly washing by reducing the amount of water used, without
compromising washing performance.
Extra Rinse: Adds additional rinsing to that already made after the main programme wash
to reduce remnants of detergent. This helps reduce risk of reaction to detergent for sensitive
skins. Press twice to activate.
