REMOVING THE BLADES FROM THE ELECTRIC CARVING KNIFE
1. Switch off and unplug the appliance from the socket. Hold
the two hollows of the blade handles in one hand and press
the blade lock buttons with the other hand.
2. Carefully pull the two blades from the blade housing holes.
3. Slide the blade with a rivet along the slot in order to
separate the two blades.
GUIDE TO USE OF SERRATED BLADES
• The Electric Carving Knife has two removable serrated blades:
• Fine, for cutting bread, vegetables, fruit
and cake.
• Wide, for cutting thawed and cooked meat.
