10. e install copies and sets up files required for the
Biggest S2S Manager. Click Close to conclude the
installation.
11. e Biggest S2S Manager is installed in the /Utili-
ties/Biggest S2S directory. e Biggest S2S appli-
cation launches a daemon process to monitor the
Biggest S2S Storage Appliance. e Biggest S2SUI
application launches the Biggest S2S Manager to
display the information captured by the daemon.
e daemon launch script is also added to the /Li-
braries/StartupItems/BiggestS2SDaemon directory to
launch the daemon every time Mac OS is started.
TeChNICAl NOTe: e daemon has root
user privileges.
