Thank you for buying a PAVONI-ITALIA machine, a mark of prestige and guaranteed quality.

CIOCOSPRITZ is a compact high performance machine that's specifically designed to spray chocolate and chocolate substitu-

tes. Its design is based on PAVONI-ITALIA cutting-edge technology to guarantee max reliability and safety.

CIOCOSPRITZ is a counter-top machine made from stainless steel with fittings for mains compressed air supply. A special kit,

including compressor, can be supplied for direct compressed air supply. CIOCOSPRITZ can also be supplied on a trolley upon

request.

All PAVONI-ITALIA machines are designed and built in compliance with the following standards:

- EN 60204-1 machine safety – electrical safety;

- EN 12852 hygiene and safety of machines for the food industry.

The manufacturer's statement of EC 006/04 CONFORMITY, enclosed with the machine, attests that the CE marking has

been granted in compliance with European Directive 93/465/EEC/A and the following documents:

- 73/23/EEC;

- 89/336/EEC;

- 93/68/EEC;

- 98/37/EEC;

- Italian Presidential Decree n° 459 dated 24-07-96.

All PAVONI-ITALIA products undergo strict testing in compliance with the manufacturer's own product quality standards,

based on the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.

1) MACHINE DESCRIPTION

CIOCOSPRITZ consists of the following parts:

1) Machine body, fitted with the following components:

- on the front panel (right-hand side); two pressure gauges with dials for these functions:

- “PRODUCT REG.” to adjust the amount of product to be delivered;

- “AIR REG.” to adjust the compressed air;

- on the front panel (left-hand side): an electronic “TEMPERATURE” heat control with display;

- on the right-hand side: the spray gun in its heated seat; the compressed air fitting for supply from the

mains or the compressor kit;

- on the left-hand side; the “ON/OFF SOCKET” unit with the main switch, power cable socket and

safety fuse holder;

- on the top: a handle for opening the hinged lid that closes the heating chamber.
