2) SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON

Before switching the machine on, make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the rating indicated on the machine

rating plate (left-hand side of the machine).

To switch the machine on:

A) Connect the machine to the mains supply using the power cable provided

B) Take the mains compressed air hose (male fitting) or the spiral hose coming from the compressor unit (male fitting)

and insert in the compressed air fitting (female) on the right-hand side of the machine

Start the air supply (command found on mains line or compressor kit). The machine has a control system that lets

you adjust the pressure of the compressed air entering the machine and in its internal circuit .

C) Use the back-lit “main switch” button to switch on (“I“).

Once the machine is switched on, check that:

- the heat control display comes on: the temperature will be shown in °C (centigrade) for a few seconds, referring to the

last time the machine was used (value held in the memory), and then the current temperature of the heating chamber will

be displayed;

- start the heating system: this heats the spray gun seat (to prevent any remaining product from clogging the spray gun)

and the heating chamber, where the temperature is controlled by a probe connected to the heat control unit.

After switching the machine on, the heat control display shows the current temperature inside the heating chamber.
