– Set the slice thickness setting dial (F) to position

– Insert the metallic axes of the platform into the circular recesses
in the base.
– Push the platform in the direction of the arrow (2) while pulling
the unlocking button (I) in the direction of the arrow (1).
– When the platform is against the base, release the unlocking
button (I).
– Set the slicer down again then turn the button (F) to minimum.

To remove the blade:
– Turn the blade clamp screw (J) to the right (using a coin, for example).
– Hold the blade in your other hand to prevent it falling once unscrewed.
– Handle the blade with care. It is extremely sharp.
– Wash in hot water with added washing up liquid. Do not put in the dishwasher.
– Rinse and dry.
– To avoid any risk of injury, screw the blade back onto the appliance immediately.
– Wash the pusher (C) in hot water with added washing up liquid.
– Slide the pusher (C) onto the trolley.
– The pusher can be washed in the dishwasher.

IV - USE
– Place the appliance on a clean and flat work surface and
connect it to the electrical power supply.
– The blue On/Off button (A) should come on.
– Put the food to be sliced onto the trolley (D) and hold in place
with the pusher (C).
