Check if it has a weak signal. If yes move to an area with
a good signal.
The GeoTrace is damaged. Contact a dealer and get it checked properly.
The software of Mission

not the latest.
Update the software of Mission
TM

The Mission
TM
App needs to
be updated.
Update your Mission
TM
App before using the GeoTrace.
The SIM of the GeoTrace is not
activated.
Before rst use, make sure you have activated the SIM by
following the procedure in the App.
The GeoTrace is not well
connected to Mission
TM
Contacting dealer to reinstall the GeoTrace. Check that
the GeoTrace connector is correctly inserted with a click.
Mission
TM
has no power.
Check if the screen of Mission
TM
is illuminated. If not,
send Mission
TM
back to the charging base for charging or
start emergency procedure to charge it.
The SIM subscription fee has
expired.
Once expired it must be renewed.
Mission
TM
is unable to
achieve real time
positioning or
the location of
Mission
TM
cannot
be updated in
real-time.
The GeoTrace is designed to
update the positioning every 10
minutes for power economy.
When Mission
TM
has low power
battery capacity, the time
interval of positioning update
will be longer.
This is normal. No action is needed.
If Mission
TM
has been switched
off for more than 24 hours in
the Geo fence for storage, the
GeoTrace is auto powered off
with no GPS signal.
NOTE:
1. The GeoTrace can only be alternatively installed.
2. The battery of GeoTrace must be replaced by the service agent.
3. Make sure Mission
TM
is regularly charged during storage, once every half year is recommended.
4. The GeoTrace needs be renewed once SIM subscription fee expired.
Environmental Protection
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities
exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
