Assembly
WARNING: Before assembly, make sure machine is turned off.
Note: Before assembly, please rstly scan the QR code on GeoTrace or on this manual through App. And follow
the instructions on App to activate the module.
1. Connect the GeoTrace with the wire (Fig. A)
2. Install GeoTrace
Note: Please open the cover of machine before operation
Put GeoTrace into the GeoTrace slot as picture has showed. (Fig. B).
3. Connect wire with the board (Fig. C1, C2 ).
1) As picture has showed, connect end of the wire with the mainboard.
2) Organize the wire and then put the mainboard into the mainboard slot, and x it with the pressure plates and
screws(come with the machine).
3) Close the cover to complete the operation and you can use the location function through the App.
Troubleshooting
Make sure your GeoTrace is securely installed and follow the actions below if your GeoTrace does not operate
correctly.
If these do not identify and correct the problem, contact your dealer.
Symptom Cause Action
The position
of Mission
TM
cannot be shown
precisely on
the App, or its
position cannot
be detected.
The GPS signal is affected
by the weather or some
interference.
1.Check and make sure: Mission
TM
is not upside down
or on its side; Mission
TM
is not covered by some metal
objects.
2. Take Mission
TM
to an open area where it can obtain a
mobile signal.
You are not using the latest
version of the Mission
TM
App.
Please update the Mission
TM
App to the latest version.
Mission
TM
does
not give an alarm
when it is outside
the Geo fence.
The software of Mission
TM
itself
is not the latest.
Update the software of the Mission
TM
before using the
GeoTrace.
There is a small tolerance
area immediately outside the
perimeter set for GeoTrace.
Bring Mission
TM
outside of the tolerance area
(approximately 30m from the Geo fence) to verify that
GeoTrace is working.
The GeoTrace is powered off.
Turn on Mission
TM
and if necessary recharge it. If it
doesn't need to be recharged, Find My Mission
TM
GeoTrace will be recharged by the Mission
TM
battery.
(GeoTrace has an inner battery that lasts a week after the
machine is turned off).
Geo Fence is not set, or radius
of Geo Fence is not set.
Use the Mission
TM
App to set it properly.
Mission
TM
is powered off.
In this case, the alarm will be sent 10mins after the
Mission
TM
is brought outside of the Geo fence.
Mission
TM
still
works when it is
outside the Geo
fence.
Geo Fence is not set, or radius
of Geo Fence is not set.
Use the Mission
TM
App to set it properly.
Geo Fence is not enabled.
