Installing PV connectors
1. Strip approx. 9 mm of insulation o the solar cable.

2. Insert stripped wire end into crimped neck of
contact.

3. Crimp the contact with a suitable crimping tool.

4. Insert contact into plug connector until the contact
clicks into place tangibly and audibly.

5. Tighten nut on connector (3 Nm).

CAL SHOCK AND DISCHARGE!
Disconnect the DC cables by inter-
rupting the connections to the PV
modules.
If it is not possible to disconnect
the DC cables, observe the rules
for working under voltage.
Use personal protective equipment,
hard hat, visor or goggles, protec-
tive suit, insulating gloves.
Use an insulating protective mat as
an underlay.
Only use insulated tools.

Once snapped into the housing, the
contact cannot be removed from the
plug connector.
