• To assemble the device follow the diagram ow showed above step by step.
• Ensure the bowl (2) and the cover (4) are locked well or the machine will not work.
• After operation you can disassemble the device by following the opposite ow and direction.
• Always be careful when handling the stainless steel knife blades as they are very sharp.
• After operation open the cover only when the blades are completely stopped. For extra
caution you can unplug the appliance before removing the cover.
USING WHISK
Use for light mixtures such as egg whites, cream, evaporated
milk and for whisking eggs and sugar.
1. Follow the diagram ow for step by step assembly.
2. Ensure the Beaters are well inserted into Mixer Body Unit
before operation.
3. To keep the best processing result: use the Max. speed.
WARNING: Heavier mixtures such as fat and our will damage the item.
WARNING: Do not use the machine for more than 10 minutes at a time. Allow the motor
to cool down for at least 30 minutes before the next operation.
WARNING: For best performance, add 3-4 eggs white each time.
