CONTROL KNOB & MODE BUTTONS
Once plugged in the ashing red light apear. It means the machine is ready. If the red light is not
ashing, please recheck if the accessories are pressed down well onto the motor unit.
0 POSITION OF THE CONTROL KNOB
Use to stop the machine.
STEPLESS SPEED CONTROLL
Slow Speed ,turn the control dial clockwise slightly to achieve a slow speed.
Fast speed, continue to turn the control dial further to achieve a faster speed.
PULSE MODE
Press and hold for pulse blending.
USING KNIFE BLADES
The both knife blades - Plastic knife blade (19) and Stainless steel knife blade (20) - could be the
most versatile of all the attachments. The length of the processing time is dierent base on
dierent food. For coarser foods use the pulse control.
Use the knife blades for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables,
nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.
WARNING: When use Stainless steel knife blade (20) do not use continuously for more
than 1 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
WARNING: Before processing, cut the meat into small pieces (3cm x 3cm). Never put more
than 500g of meat into the container.
WARNING: Do not use the stainless steel knife blade for mixing our.
WARNING: When use Plastic knife blade (19) do not use continuously for more than
1 minutes. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation.
WARNING: Always put the blade in the bowl before you start to add the ingredients.
To keep the best processing result:
• Plastic knife blade: for dough (no more than 250g our with 175g water), start machine
with min. speed for around 10-20 seconds, and then turn to little bigger and bigger speed.
Not exceed 1/3 speed.
• Stainless Steel knife blade: for meat chopping, use the max speed.
• If you chop onions, use the pulse function a few times to prevent the onions from being too
nely chopped.
• Do not let the appliance run too long when you chop (hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise
these ingredients become too hot, start to melt and turn lumpy.
