Clothes are not cleaned properly.
Ensure you have selected the appropriate
program for your laundry. Ensure the proper
detergent has been added following the
instructions on the detergent package.
Wash cycle time is longer than
usual.
This is normal. The washer adjusts cycle
time automatically to provide optimal
results for the selected cycle. The time
remaining shown in the display is only an
estimate. Actual time may vary.

Low water
pressure.
Ensure the tap is turned on and is high
enough. Clean the inlet valve filter. In cold
environments, ensure the water pipes are not
frozen. If the “Delay” function had been
selected, the “start/pause” button may not
have been pressed?
The machine does
not drain.
Check that the drain hose is not kinked or
crushed. Ensure the drain hose is not mounted
above 1200mm.
The lid is not
closed.
Close the lid.
The water level
sensor has failed.

The machine is
not balanced.
Clothing needs to be evenly distributed inside
tub or the machine needs to be levelled.
The child-lock
alarm
Disable the child-lock function by pressing and
holding the “Delay” & “Program” buttons
together for 3 seconds.
