Problem
Solution
Washer will not turn on.
Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse. Do not
increase fuse capacity. If the problem is a
circuit overload, consult a qualified
electrician or contact help.Kogan.com for

There is some water in the tub
before the first use.
This is residual water remaining after the
performance inspection at the factory. This
is normal.
The machine is not operational.
Check that the power is on and that a fuse
has not blown. Ensure the power supply
matches the rating of this appliance. If the
water has not reached the required level
the machine will not work.
The control panel is
unresponsive.
Check that the child lock is not enabled. To
cancel the child lock, press and hold the
“Delay” & “Program” buttons together for
3 seconds.
Water pressure is low or not
flowing.
Ensure the tap is turned on and is high
enough. Clean the inlet valve filter. In cold
environments, ensure the water pipes are
not frozen. If the “Delay” function has been
selected, the “start/pause” button may not
have been pressed?
Load is too wet at the end of the
cycle.
The spin cycle automatically adjusts itself
to different types of clothing. Place the
washing machine in “dehydration” mode to
remove excess water.
Suddenly stop working.
Ensure the power or water supply was not
cut off. Check that the “start/pause”
button was not pressed during operation.
Excessive noise or vibrations.
The machine may not be level, check and
adjust the feet if necessary. Ensure that
pockets are empty and zippers have been
closed. If the noise persists, contact
help.Kogan.com for support.
Machine will not drain or is
draining too slowly
Check that the drain hose is not kinked or
crushed. Ensure the drain hose is not
mounted above 1200mm.
Control panel feels warm during
operation.
This is normal.
