Add Detergent
1. Pull out the detergent drawer.
2. Add detergent for prewash into compartment I. This is
only used for prewash programs. Both liquid and powder
detergents can be used.
3. Add detergent for the main wash into compartment II.
Both liquid and powder detergents can be used.
4. If using fabric softener, add it into compartment (if
applicable).
Notes:
• Choose a suitable detergent for different washing temperatures to achieve optimal
cleaning results while minimising water and energy consumption.
• Detergent and fabric softener should be added only once per wash cycle. Refer to the
manufacturer’s instructions for the correct dosage.
• Excessive detergent produces excessive foam, which can overflow, affect proper
dissolution, and make rinsing difficult.
• Overloading washing powder may cause excessive bubbles, leading to dissolution
issues and difficulties in the detergent drawer.
• When using liquid detergent for the first time with the automatic release function, run
a ‘Super Quick’ program to clean the detergent dispenser and drum.
• A small amount of liquid detergent may flow into the drain box when pulling out the
detergent drawer-this is normal. Avoid frequent drawer removal to minimise detergent
waste.
• Refer to the user guide for the correct quantity of fabric softener. Excessive softener
can damage artificial fibres.
• Do not exceed the MAX level marked on the compartments.
• Thick fabric softener or bleach should be diluted first before adding to the
compartments.
