Live video stream
is slow to load.
• Your phone’s mobile network may have a weak signal.
• Your home internet bandwidth may be limited due to other
devices streaming simultaneously.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal at the doorbell may be the issue. If signal
strength is less than 2 bars, consider installing a Wi-Fi
repeater or extender.
How do I reset the
Doorbell to re-
enter pairing
mode?
Press and hold the ‘Reset’ button on the side of the Doorbell
until the ‘Status’ indicator flashes red and you hear an audible
tone.
The doorbell is not
recording.
• Ensure the MicroSD card is installed correctly.
• The MicroSD card may not recognised, try reformatting the
card.
• Warning: Reformatting the MicroSD card will delete all
stored videos.
How can I check
the available
space on the
MicroSD Card?
• In the Settings menu, go to SD Card and Record Settings.
• The screen will display:
• Used Space.
• Free Space.
• Note: Only MicroSD cards up to 128GB in FAT32 format are
supported.
What happens
when the MicroSD
card reaches full
capacity?
Once full, the MicroSD card will begin overwriting the oldest
videos with new recordings.
Can I use a new
MicroSD Card to
avoid overwriting
old videos?
• Yes. You can use a new MicroSD card (up to 128GB).
• Remove the current card from the side of the doorbell.
Insert the new card, then:
• Go to ‘SD Card’ and ‘Record Settings’.
• Tap ‘Format SD Card’.
• Confirm the formatting.
• Warning: Formatting a MicroSD card will delete all stored
content.
