CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! Before cleaning or maintenance, turn o and unplug the ice cube maker from the

mains. Leave it to cool down (this does not apply to the self-cleaning mode). Clean the ice cube

maker directly aer each use.

1. Do not clean with sharp tools or aggressive cleaning agents.

2. Clean the housing and the interior with a so, damp cloth; next, wipe them dry.

3. Wash the ice cube scoop in water with soap or a dishwasher, then rinse it clean and wipe dry with

a clean cloth.

4. Periodically remove the grime and scale as follows:

- Add equal parts of water and vinegar (1:1) to the water tank.

- Plug the ice cube maker to the mains. When it is in standby, press and hold the ON/

OFF switch (4a) for at least 5 seconds to start the self-cleaning mode. The mode

will start with the indicators (4f) and (4g) turned on. The self-cleaning mode starts

the pump to take the water and vinegar soluon from the water tank (5), feed it to

all components in the water cycle and return it back to the water tank. Self-cleaning

will take approximately 30 minutes. When the self-cleaning mode ends, the ice cube

maker will automacally switch to standby.

- Now, remove the water and vinegar soluon via the water drain plug (9), add clean

water to the water tank (5) up to the max water level, and start the self-cleaning

mode again.

- When done, drain the water from the ice cube maker and leave the lid open unl

the ice cube maker is dry.

5. Keep the ice cube maker in a dry and clean place. If you will not use ice cube maker for a long me,

keep it in its original box.

6. Periodically check the appliance for possible damage.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

The WORK indicator does

not turn on.

1. The mains power is not present. 1a. Check the mains ratings.

1b. Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged in

and connected to the ice cube maker.

1c. Possible failure of internal components. Contact an

Authorized Service agent.

The ICE FULL indicator

is on.

1. The ice cube bucket is full. 1a. Empty the ice cubes in the container

1b. Press and hold the “SELECT” button for 5 seconds, the

machine can go through another 10 cycles even if the

“ICE FULL” indicator is on.

The ADD WATER indicator

is on.

1. There is not enough water. 1a. Add potable water and press the ON/OFF switch to

clear the fault.

1b. Possible failure of the water supply system or its

components. Contact an Authorized Service agent.
