Gas burners
• The burners are graduated in
their size and rating to provide
the exact heat required for every
style of cooking.
• The burners can be equipped
with Flame Safety Device (FSD =
Thermocouple, see gure 5).
• On the top of each knob there
is a printed diagram showing
to which burner or heating
element it refers.

Manual ignition
1. Press and turn clockwise the knob corresponding to the burner you
wish to use from “Off” position, until it reaches the “Maximum” position
(corresponding to the big ame, see gure 10) and place a lighted match close
to the burner.
2. After ignition, turn the handle from “Maximum” position (corresponding to
the big ame) to “Minimum” position (corresponding to the little ame) and
check the stability of the ame. To turn the burner off, turn clockwise the
handle up to “Off” position.

Automatic electrical ignition
(only certain versions, see gure 9, ref. Ac)
1. The command of lighting is integrated in the control knob. Press and turn
anclockwise the knob corresponding to the burner you wish to use from
“Off” position, until it reaches the “Maximum” position (see gure 10)
corresponding to the big ame. Automatically the ignition spark shoots.
Keep the knob pressed until ame ignition. Matches can be used to light the
burners in a blackout.
2. After ignition, turn the handle from “Maximum” position (corresponding to
the big ame) to “Minimum” position (corresponding to the little ame) and
check the stability of the ame. To turn the burner off, turn clockwise the
handle up to “Off” position.
