Installation of the cooker hood

Wall mounting
• Determine the desired position for the installation
of the appliance in the centre above your hob
according to the instructions and dimensions
mentioned before
and hold the appliance against the wall
in this position with the help of another person.
Also check the horizontal alignment
using a spirit level or similar.
• Mark the position of the two screw holes on the back
of the appliance on the wall via the open underside
of the appliance / from the inside of the appliance
and put the appliance back down.
• Drill a hole of length + 10 mm and diameter
corresponding to the supplied wall plugs
at the markings.
• Using a hammer, carefully tap a plastic dowel
into each drill hole
and screw one of the ST4×30 screws supplied
into each one.
• Hang the cooker hood on the screws
using the screw holes in the back of the appliance
and tighten the safety screws, to secure the appliance.

Installation of an exhaust air hose
for exhaust air operation or for recirculation operation
with exhaust air duct
• After you have attached the exhaust air connection
piece as described before, attach the exhaust air hose
you have purchased (see "... installation requirements")
to the air outlet on the rear edge of the top of the
appliance if necessary.
• Connect this to the further exhaust air duct or, for the
exhaust air duct through a piece of kitchen furniture
for recirculation mode, to the exhaust air opening
of the piece of furniture.
Make sure that the hose part near the connection
to cooker hood is fully extended!
