12 System Settings
The settings function in the top navigation bar of N60 includes general settings, discovery server,
network settings, storage settings, user management, region and time, PTZ settings, system settings,
and version information. These functions can be used to set the various parameters of N60 device
functionalities.
12.1 General Settings
The general settings module provides the ability to set the device name and default language. When you
need to modify the device name, simply modify it in this module and click the "Apply" button to
complete the process. For the N60 model, it supports two languages, Chinese and English. You can easily
switch the current language of the device by selecting the corresponding language in the "Language"
drop-down box.
12.2 Discovery Server
The discovery server is a service in the NDI protocol that allows NDI devices to automatically discover
each other on the network and establish connections. This enables users to easily find and use other
devices that support the NDI protocol without manually configuring network parameters.
For the N60, you can enable the discovery server in the discovery server settings and enter the
discovery server address to connect to the NDI's discovery server.
