Connection (Fig. A)
1. Connect your Keenetic PoE+ Switch 9 (hereinafter
‘switch’) to the power source. Check that
Power LEDC is illuminated.
2. Connect Network Port 0 to an upstream router
or switch with an Ethernet cable (not included in the
package). Check that corresponding Link LED �
is illuminated.
3. Connect PoE Network Port 1–8 to a powered device,
such as a Wi-Fi access point, IP phone or IP camera.
Check that PoE LEDO and Link LED � are
illuminated. The quality and length of the Ethernet
cabling may affect the power received and the data
rate. Use Cat.5e or better Ethernet cables.

1. Link LEDs �
Solid orange — A network device is connected.
Blinking orange — Transferring data.
Off — No device is connected.
2. PoE LEDs O
Solid green — The switch is supplying power
to a connected device.
Off — No 802.3af/at-compliant device is connected.
3. Power LED C
Solid green — The switch is operating properly.
Off — The switch is not connected to the power supply.
4. PoE Network Ports 1–8
These 10/100/1000 Mbps ports provide power and
data to 802.3af/at-compliant devices. The switch can
deliver up to 30 W for each PoE port and 120 W total.
Non-PoE devices can also be connected to the PoE
ports.
5. Network Port 0
This 10/100/1000 Mbps port is for connecting
to an upstream switch or router.
6. DC Power Socket
For use with the power adapter supplied in the
package, 55 VDC / 2.55 A.
7. Grounding Terminal
The switch comes with built-in electrostatic discharge
protection. If possible, connect the switch to the
grounding bar for extra safety.

it outdoors. Never use the switch in an enclosed space,
and ensure that it is easily accessible. Stop using any
damaged switch IMMEDIATELY. The switch contains
no user-serviceable parts — DO NOT OPEN. Keep the
switch away from water, excessive humidity or heat,
and direct sunlight.

Anschluss (Abb. A)
1. Schließen Sie Ihren Keenetic PoE+ Switch 9
(im Folgenden „Switch“) an die Stromquelle an.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Strom-LEDC leuchtet.
2. Schließen Sie Netzwerk-Port 0 mit einem Ethernet-
Kabel (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) an einem
vorgeschaltetenRouter oder Switch an. Prüfen Sie,
ob die entsprechende Link-LED � leuchtet.
3. Schließen Sie einen beliebigen der PoE-Netzwerk-
Ports (1–8) an einen Energieverbraucher (z. B.
einen WLAN-Access-Point, ein IP-Telefon oder eine
IP-Kamera) an. Prüfen Sie, ob die PoE-LEDO und
die Link-LED � leuchten. Die Qualität und Länge
der Ethernet-Verkabelung können die empfangene
Leistung und die Datenrate beeinussen. Verwenden
Sie Kat. 5e- oder bessere Ethernet-Kabel.

Connexion (Fig. A)
1. Connectez votre Keenetic PoE+ Switch 9 (ci-après
