PYROLYTIC SELF CLEAN*
Some appliances are equipped with
pyrolytic cleaning. The interior of the
oven will be heated to the temperature
of 400 °C. All organic matter will be
decomposed by the heat and its mol-
ecules will be destroyed.
For safety reasons, the oven door will
be locked automatically at the begin-
ning of the pyrolytic cleaning pro-
gramme. It cannot be opened until the
programme has been finished.
Pyroletical cleaning function
• Turn the mode switch to the P
self-cleaning function.
•
Press the temperature selection
button or use the rotary switch to
select the desired time of pyrolytic
cleaning duration: 2, 2.5 or 3
hours.
• After starting the pyrolytic clean-
ing, the oven is blocked from con-
trol and from opening the door. A
symbol appears on the display and
shows the time until the
end of
cleaning.
Importantly! All utensils, tel-
escopic guides* and acces-
sories should be removed
before pyrolytic cleaning to
avoid damage due to expo-
sure to high temperatures.
