FOOD PROBE
The food probe is a thermometer which is being
inserted in the food. By that thermometer you can
control the internal temperature (core temperature)
to determine the end of the cooking time. It can
happen for example that the meat appears well
done on the outside, but is, however, still bloody
inside!
Use the meat thermometer to control the
temperature of meat, fish and poultry if their pieces
more thicklywith a thickness over 5 cm. Thus you
provide achievement of temperature of readiness of
food.ensure to reach the required minimum cooking
temperatures.
Do not interrupt the cooking process of preparation
in order to finish the cooking of a dish to readiness
later. It This leads to heating of products to
temperatures of bacteria favorable forwhich further
bacteria multiplicationgrowth.
• Insert the core probe into the connection
socket, the symbol appears on the display
• Place the probe in the food to be cooked
• Select the cooking mode
• Press temperature selection button 11 to set
the cooking temperature in the range from
40°C to 260°C.
• Press temperature selection knob 11 again
to set the core temperature probe between
40°C and 95°C.
• Press the Start/Pause button 19 to start the
cooking program.
When the food probe measures the pre-chosen
temperature, the oven will be turned off. This is
indicated by a sound signal.
