OBSERVATION
POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Water level
will not remain
constant
(tanks appear
to be losing
water).
1. Drain valve is open and draining the tub.
2. Low water pressure.
3. Machine is not level.
4. Faulty water level control or control probe.
5. Check placement of splash shield run-offs.
6. Check curtain placement.
1.Verify all drain valves are shut.
2. Verify incoming water is flowing to the machine and at the
pressure indicated on the data plate.
3. Verify the machine is level.
4. Replace as required.

Machine is
running and
suddenly
stops. Motor
fault light
could be on.
1. Power might have been lost to the machine.
2. Conveyor belt bound-up or jammed during
operation.
3. Conveyor drive chain is broken or has come
off.
4. Conveyor drive motor faulty.
5. Failure of drive motor switch or slide stop
switch.
1. If the control box lights are on, it is safe to assume there is
power.
2. Ensure there are no obvious jams or obstructions preventing
the conveyor belt from moving. It might be necessary to remove
all ware from the conveyor before proceeding. Try pulling up
on the conveyor belt at various locations in the event it became
misaligned. Be careful, this could cause the conveyor belt to
snap back into place instantly! Another sign of a jammed belt is
the conveyor drive motor will be pulled against the machine and
its spring bracket will be compressed.
3. Secure the machine and remove the cover to expose the drive
motor, gearing, and chain. If the chain is broken, it might be
possible to put it back together; otherwise a new one should be
ordered.
4. Chain or drive motor might need to be replaced.
5. Replace switch.
