a short distance away from the mobile device to be used for playback, and turn them on. Press the button
(11) several times until the wireless source is selected, then disconnect and disassociate any devices that
may have connected to the appliances in the meantime. Press the button (2) on both for a few seconds: to
indicate that the pairing procedure has begun, the voice messages “TWS connecting” will be pronounced in
sequence and then “TWS connected” after a few moments, once mutual recognition has been completed.
Finally, proceed with the connection between the mobile device and the appliance identified during the
search; playback can take place from both devices, although only one of the two can be controlled to select
the source, the content to be played, and for volume and equalisation adjustments, etc. To interrupt the
TWS function, making the two devices independent of each other again, press the TWS button (11) on the
main appliance for three seconds.
Equalisation:
The EQ button (1) switches between six pre-configured sound equalisation settings. Press it repeatedly to
change the sound to the pitch most suitable for the musical genre being played (pop, rock, jazz, classic and
country), while the corresponding selection is shown on the display, with a three-letter abbreviation, as well
as a voice announcement. The “Nor” (normal) setting corresponds to natural sound without equalisation.
Light effects:
Button (12) switches between four light play patterns displayed on the front in the area around the speaker:
press it repeatedly to change the pattern according to your taste, while the display shows the corresponding
selection with a number varying from 1 to 4. To switch off the light effects, press and hold button (12) for a
few seconds; to switch them back on after shut-down, press button (12) briefly.
Shut-down:
To switch off the appliance, briefly press the button (5). When switching off, the appliance emits a
confirmation sound; to restart the appliance after shut-down, briefly press the button (5). The appliance
switches itself off after a considerable period of inactivity.
Recharging the battery:
The appliance signals that the built-in battery needs charging with a specific announcement, recurring if
applicable. To carry out this operation in the best possible way, keep in mind that:
• The appliance must be charged as soon as possible when the need is signalled: excessive use with a
discharged battery can compromise subsequent recharges and reduce the efficiency of the battery.
• It is best not to use the appliance during charging, as doing so could cause charging to take a long time
or even be ineffective.
• Charging must not be interrupted if possible.
• Charging in progress is indicated by the LED (31) to the right of the charging connector (30) lighting up
red: charging is complete when the LED (31) switches off.
• Ideal charging is carried out with a high-powered charger, such as for tablets, i.e. with a current of at
least 2 amps: charges with lower currents are generally inadvisable because they could cause partial
charging of the battery, as well as take a long time.
• Charging from the USB port of a PC is usually very slow.
To start charging, simply connect the supplied cord to the USB-C socket (30) via the small connector, then
connect the large connector to a 5V voltage source with USB socket. Make sure charging has started by
checking the LED (31), which must turn red; if the LED remains off even with the cable connected, please
refer to chapter 7 below.
