Pairing and playback from wireless:
Switch on the appliance; if already switched on, press the button (11) so it switches to wireless mode, which
the appliance announces vocally with “Wireless mode” and shows on the display with “CONN”. Activate
wireless connection on the mobile device, then search for the “IR-PS40” appliance; when found, carry out
the connection operations on the mobile device. Once completed, the appliance will emit a confirmation
announcement. Use the player on the connected mobile device to play music from the appliance. Whenever
wireless mode is selected, the appliance attempts to connect with the last connected device in order of time
and, if available, connects to it; if you wish to connect a different mobile device, disassociate the appliance
from the mobile device and proceed with a new pairing.
Playback from USB:
The appliance can play back music content saved in MP3, WMA or WAV format on a USB pendrive with a
maximum capacity of 32 GB formatted with the FAT32 file system in sequence, according to the alphabetical
order of the file name: any sub-folders present will be played back in full and in sequence, according to their
own alphabetical order, in exactly the same way as individual music files.
To start playback from a USB pendrive, insert the support into the corresponding socket (29): the appliance
vocally announces “USB mode” and briefly shows “USB” on the display, confirming that playback has started.
If in wireless playback from a different source, the appliance automatically switches over and starts playback
from the USB pendrive: the buttons will have the functions shown in the table above, while the display
shows the playback time. If you wish to switch to another source, use the button (11).
Playback from Memory card:
The appliance can play back music content saved in MP3, WMA or WAV format on a Micro-SD memory card
with a maximum capacity of 32 GB formatted with the FAT32 file system in sequence, according to the
alphabetical order of the file name: any sub-folders present will be played back in full and in sequence,
according to their own alphabetical order, in exactly the same way as individual music files.
To start playback from a Micro-SD memory card, insert the support into the corresponding socket (28): the
appliance vocally announces “Memory card mode” and briefly shows “Sd” on the display, confirming that
playback has started. If in wireless playback from a different source, the appliance automatically switches
over and starts playback from the Micro-SD memory card: the buttons will have the functions shown in the
table above, while the display shows the playback time. If you wish to switch to another source, use the
button (11).
