Commissioning procedure Notes
1 Insert the fuse into the spur and switch on the
power.
The multicolour LED will turn white and flash on & o.
2 Press the control button on the indoor unit
for 2 seconds to initiate the venting program.
The multicolour LED will turn green and flash on & o indicating that
an internal action is being performed.
The pump will start running. During this process, make sure that
the manual air vents on top of the indoor unit, the boiler and the
radiators are correctly vented.
1. If the system detects a stable flow, the venting program will end.
The multicolour LED will turn white and remain continuously lit.
2. If the flow is too low, the LED will turn red. (Notification n023 will
appear, see §12.2.) Reset the and repeat step 2.
3 Repeat the venting/filling steps if nessesary. It is important for the venting program to run its entire course.
4 Connect to the Xtend Wi-Fi control screen. See the connectivity procedure §10.2.
5 Enter service code 15 and go through
the installation wizard to complete the
configuration.
If the wizard is not completed, it will reappear when a new
connection is made to the operating screen. The installation
wizard can also be accessed via the service menu.
6 Test the system operation by turning up the
room thermostat to create a heating demand.
Use the statistics page to check if the system is functioning well.
Menu > Service > View statistics > Live data. §11.2.5.
7 Check if there are any notifications or faults
present and resolve them as required.
Notification or fault codes are displayed on the main page of the
control screen.
See chapter 12 for all fault/notification codes.
8 Instruct the end user on how to fill, vent and
operate the complete system.
9 Give the operating instructions and warranty
card "for the customer" to the end user.
The completed warranty card must be
recieved by Intergas Heating Ltd within 30
days of the installation being finished.
Any Intergas system filter being used must
also be registered with Intergas at the same
time as the Xtend indoor and outdoor units,
(for enhanced warranty package).
Aer the preparatory work has been carried out and completed,
the hybrid heat pump system can be configured by following
the below procedure:

► The hybrid heating system must be
commissioned by a qualified installer.
► To configure and commission the system
correctly it is best to use the Web-Ui
facility to connect with the Xtend indoor
unit control screen (via Wi-Fi), this will
walk you through the configuration.

Het garantiebewijs is slechts geldig, indien de aan het garantiebewijs gehechte
antwoordkaart binnen 8 dagen na de installatie wordt ingezonden. Deze kaart
moet volledig en duidelijk worden ingevuld en voorzien zijn van de handtekening
van koper en installateur. Door ondertekening van deze kaart verklaart koper
zich akkoord met de staat van de ketel bij aflevering.
