WEL DOEN...
• Vermaal voedselafval met een minimale
stroming van koud water van 6 liter per
minuut.
• Vermaal hard materiaal zoals kleine botten
en fruitpitten om de binnenkant van de
vermaalruimte te reinigen.
• Vermaal afval van citrusvruchten,
meloenschillen, groenten en kofedik.
• Laat na het vermalen een aantal seconden
lang water door de vermaler lopen om de
afvoerleiding te spoelen.
• Schakel het apparaat uit of trek de stekker
uit het stopcontact alvorens te proberen
een geblokkeerde rotor met gereedschap
los te maken.
• Houd de ruimte onder de vermaler schoon
en open om er zeker van te zijn dat u bij de
knop kunt komen voor het resetten van de
vermaler.
NIET DOEN...
• Gebruik geen heet water wanneer
voedselafval wordt vermalen (heet water
mag wel door de vermaler lopen als deze
niet in werking is).
• Schakel de vermaler en de waterstroom pas
uit als het vermalen is voltooid en alleen het
geluid van de motor en het lopende water
wordt gehoord.

VERMALER REINIGEN
Na verloop van tijd kunnen smeer/voedseldeeltjes zich in de vermaalruimte en het
spatscherm ophopen, waardoor een onprettige geur wordt veroorzaakt. Reinig de vermaler
als volgt:
1. Schakel de vermaler uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2. Reik door de opening van de gootsteen en reinig de onderkant van het spatscherm en
de binnenkant van het bovenste deel van de vermaalruimte met een schuursponsje.
3. Zet de stop in de opening van de gootsteen en vul de gootsteen tot halverwege met
warm water.
4. Roer 60 ml zuiveringszout door het water. Schakel de vermaler in en verwijder
tegelijkertijd de stop uit de gootsteen om losse deeltjes weg te spoelen.

BLOKKERING VAN DE VERMALER VERHELPEN
Mocht de motor stoppen terwijl de vermaler werkt, dan kan het zijn dat de vermaler
is geblokkeerd. Doe het volgende om de blokkering te verhelpen:
1. Schakel de vermaler en de waterstroom uit.
2. Steek de ene kant van de inbussleutel in de opening in de bodem van de
vermaler. Draai de sleutel één volledige slag. Verwijder de sleutel.
3. Reik met een tang in de vermaler en verwijder eventuele voorwerpen. Laat de
motor van de vermaler 3 - 5 minuten afkoelen en druk voorzichtig op de rode
knop op de onderkant van de vermaler voor het opnieuw stellen van de vermaler.
(Als de motor nog steeds niet werkt, dient u in de meterkast te controleren of er
aardlekschakelaar is geactiveerd of een stop is gesprongen.)

1. Verwijder de zeef uit de opening van de gootsteen en laat koud water lopen.
2. Schakel de wandschakelaar in of druk op de luchtdrukschakelaar om de
vermaler te starten.
3. Steek langzaam voedselafval in de vermaler en plaats de zeef in opstaande
stand (waardoor er water door kan lopen) om het geluidsniveau zo laag
mogelijk te houden en te voorkomen dat er tijdens het vermalen materiaal
naar buiten spuit.
4. Nadat het vermalen is voltooid, dient u de vermaler uit te schakelen en er een
paar seconden lang water door te laten lopen om de afvoerleiding te spoelen.
5. In de lagere stand werkt de zeef ook als een stop.
BEDIENINGSINSTRUCTIES (S60 SUPREME, MODELLEN 66, 56, 46 EN LC-50)
1. Verwijder de zeef uit de opening van de gootsteen en laat koud water lopen.
2. Schakel de wandschakelaar in of druk op de luchtdrukschakelaar om de
vermaler te starten.
3. Steek langzaam voedselafval in de vermaler en zet de stop op zijn plaats om te
voorkomen dat er tijdens het vermaken materiaal naar buiten spuit.
4. Nadat het vermalen is voltooid, dient u de vermaler uit te schakelen en er een
paar seconden lang water door te laten lopen om de afvoerleiding te spoelen.

• Vermaal geen grote hoeveelheden
eierdoppen, vezelige materialen zoals
maïsbladeren, artisjokken enzovoort,
om te voorkomen dat de afvoerpijp
verstopt raakt.
• Vermaal nooit iets anders dan voedselafval.
• Gebruik dit apparaat niet om harde
materialen zoals glas en metaal af te
voeren.
• Giet nooit vet, olie of smeer door de
gootsteen – deze materialen blokkeren uw
afvoer en het rioolsysteem.
• Vul de vermaler niet met veel
groenteschillen tegelijk. In plaats daarvan,
zet u het water en de vermaler eerst aan en
voert u de schillen geleidelijk aan in.
• Verspil geen voedsel. Bijna een kwart
van het voedsel dat we kopen wordt
onaangeraakt weggegooid: sla, brood,
koek en fruit staan bovenaan aan de lijst.
Drie tips om verspilling te voorkomen en
geld te besparen zijn: koop of kook alleen
de porties die u voor de maaltijd nodig
heeft; controleer ijskast en voorraadkast
op voedsel dat u niet gegeten heeft en eet
dit als tussendoortje of vries het in; en zet
voedingsmiddelen die u niet gebruikt heeft,
niet meer op uw boodschappenlijstje!

kości i twarde części owoców, w celu
czyszczenia wnętrza komory mielącej.
• Rozdrabniać skórki cytrusów i melonów,
warzywa oraz fusy z kawy.
• Po rozdrobnieniu należy puścić wodę
przez kilka sekund, aby przepłukać rurę
odpływową.
• Wyłączyć urządzenie lub odłączyć od
źródła prądu przed próbą odblokowania
zaciętego wirnika za pomocą narzędzia.
• Pod rozdrabniaczem nie powinny być
przechowywane żadne przedmioty,
aby nie utrudniały dostępu do przycisku
resetującego rozdrabniacz.
NIE MOŻNA...
• Używać gorącej wody podczas
rozdrabniania odpadów żywnościowych
(gorąca woda może jednak przepływać
przez rozdrabniacz, który w danym
momencie nie mieli).
• Zakręcać wody lub wyłączać
rozdrabniacza przed zakończeniem
rozdrabniania, dopóki nie będzie słychać
tylko dźwięku silnika i wody.
CZYSZCZENIE ROZDRABNIACZA
Z czasem w komorze mielącej rozdrabniacza mogą zacząć odkładać się cząstki tłuszczu
i jedzenia powodując nieprzyjemny zapach. W celu wyczyszczenia rozdrabniacza
należy:
1. Wyłączyć rozdrabniacz i odłączyć od źródła prądu.
2. Przez otwór w zlewie oczyścić dolną część przegrody przeciwrozpryskowej i
wnętrze górnego wlotu do komory mielącej za pomocą szmatki do szorowania.
3. Zatkać otwór zlewu korkiem i wypełnić zlew do połowy ciepłą wodą.
4. Wymieszać 60 ml sody spożywczej z wodą. Włączyć rozdrabniacz i jednocześnie
wyjąć korek, aby wypłukać luźne cząstki.
ODBLOKOWYWANIE ZACIĘTEGO ROZDRABNIACZAE
Jeśli w czasie pracy rozdrabniacza silnik zatrzyma się, może to oznaczać, że urządzenie
zacięło się. Aby je odblokować należy:
1. Wyłączyć zasilanie rozdrabniacza i zakręcić wodę.
2. Włożyć jeden z końców klucza serwisowego do środkowego otworu znajdującego
się na dnie rozdrabniacza. Kręcić kluczem do przodu i do tyłu aż wykona pełen
obrót. Wyjąć klucz.
3. Wyjąć szczypcami obiekty znajdujące się wewnątrz rozdrabniacza. Poczekać
3-5 minut aż silnik rozdrabniacza ostygnie i delikatnie nacisnąć czerwony przycisk
resetujący znajdujący się na spodzie rozdrabniacza. (Jeśli silnik nadal nie działa
należy sprawdzić, czy na tablicy bezpieczników nie ma aktywowanych wyłączników
automaty-cznych lub stopionych bezpieczników).

1. Wyjąć sitko z otworu w zlewie i odkręcić zimną wodę.
2. Włączyć rozdrabniacz za pomocą przełącznika ściennego lub pneumatycznego.
3. Powoli wpuszczać odpady do rozdrabniacza i umieścić sitko w pozycji górnej,
(aby woda mogła przepływać) w celu minimalizacji hałasu i uniemożliwienia
wydostania się rozdrabnianych odpadów.
4. Po zakończeniu rozdrabniania należy wyłączyć rozdrabniacz i puścić wodę
przynajmniej przez kilka sekund, aby przepłukać odpływ.
5. Sitko działa także jako korek w pozycji dolnej.

1. Wyjąć korek z otworu w zlewie i odkręcić zimną wodę.
2. Włączyć rozdrabniacz za pomocą przełącznika ściennego lub pneumatycznego.
3. Powoli wpuszczać odpady żywnościowe do rozdrabniacza i użyć korka, aby zminimalizować
ryzyko wydostania się rozdrabnianych odpadów.
4. Po zakończeniu rozdrabniania należy wyłączyć rozdrabniacz i puścić wodę przynajmniej

tego należy odkręcić wodę i stopniowo
wpuszczać obierki do rozdrabniacza.
• Nie powinno się marnować jedzenia.

attempt to repair it, or if the disposer is used for commercial purposes.

This limited warranty is provided by InSinkErator (“InSinkErator” or
“Manufacturer” or “we” or “our” or “us”) to the original consumer
owner of the InSinkErator product with which this limited warranty
is provided (the “InSinkErator Product”), and any subsequent
owner of the residence in which the Product was originally installed
(“Customer” or “you” or “your”).
InSinkErator warrants to Customer that your InSinkErator Product
will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship,
subject to the exclusions described below, for the Warranty Period
(as stated for the relevant InSinkErator Product model in this limited
warranty), commencing on the later of: (a) the date your InSinkErator
Product is originally installed, (b) the date of purchase, or (c) the
date of manufacture as identied by your InSinkErator Product
serial number. You will be required to show written documentation
supporting (a) or (b). If you are unable to provide documentation
supporting either (a) or (b), the Warranty Period commencement
date will be determined by Manufacturer, in its sole and absolute
discretion, based upon your InSinkErator Product serial number.
What is Covered
This limited warranty covers material defects in materials or
workmanship, subject to the exclusions below, in InSinkErator
Products used by a consumer Customer for residential use only,
and includes all replacement parts and labour costs. YOUR SOLE
AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE
INSINKERATOR PRODUCT. PROVIDED THAT IF WE DETERMINE
IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION THAT NEITHER REMEDY IS
PRACTICABLE, WE MAY PROVIDE YOU A REFUND OF YOUR
PURCHASE PRICE OR A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER
INSINKERATOR PRODUCT.
What is not Covered
This limited warranty does not extend to and expressly excludes:
• Losses or damages or the inability to operate your InSinkErator
Product resulting from conditions beyond the Manufacturer’s
control including, without limitation, accident, alteration, misuse,
abuse, neglect, negligence (other than Manufacturer’s), failure to
install, maintain, assemble, or mount the InSinkErator Product in
accordance with Manufacturer’s instructions or local electrical
and plumbing codes.
ENGLISH
• Wear and tear expected to occur during the normal course of use,
including without limitation, cosmetic rust, scratches, dents or
comparable and reasonably expected losses or damages.
In addition to the above exclusions, this limited warranty does not
apply to Insinkerator Products installed in a commercial or industrial
application.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided to
the Customer identied above. No other express warranty, written
or verbal, applies. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is
authorized to alter this limited warranty or make any other warranty
on behalf of Manufacturer. The terms of this limited warranty shall
not be modied by the Manufacturer, the original owner, or their
respective successors or assigns.

The following information must be provided as part of your warranty
claim: your name, address, phone number, your InSinkErator
Product model and serial number, and if necessary, upon request,
written conrmation of either: (a) the date shown on your installation
receipt, or (b) the date shown on your purchase receipt.
Manufacturer or its authorized service representative will determine,
in its sole and absolute discretion, if your InSinkErator Product is
covered under this limited warranty. You will be given the contact
information for your closest authorized InSinkErator Service Center.
Please contact your InSinkErator Service Center directly to receive
in home warranty repair or replacement service. Only an authorized
InSinkErator service representative may provide warranty service.
InSinkErator is not responsible for warranty claims arising from work
performed on your InSinkErator Product by anyone other than an
authorized InSinkErator service representative.
If a covered claim is made during the Warranty Period, Manufacturer
will, through its authorized service representative, either repair or
replace your InSinkErator Product. Cost of replacement parts or a
new InSinkErator Product, and cost of labour for repair or installation
of the replacement InSinkErator Product are provided at no cost to
you. Repair or replacement shall be determined by Manufacturer
or its authorized service representative in their sole discretion. All
repair and replacement services will be provided to you at your
home. If Manufacturer determines that your InSinkErator Product
must be replaced rather than repaired, the limited warranty on the
replacement InSinkErator Product will be limited to the unexpired
term remaining in the original Warranty Period.
Limitation of Liability
(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Limited
Warranty Terms, but subject to Sub-clauses (2) and (3) below,
Manufacturer's and Manufacturer's Afliates' and its and their
ofcers', employees', agents' and sub-contractors' combined
maximum aggregate liability incurred under or in connection with
this Limited Warranty Terms or any collateral contract between
the parties, arising in or by virtue of breach of contract, tort
(including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory
duty, strict liability, infringement of rights or otherwise howsoever,
shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the InSinkErator
Product the subject of this Limited Warranty Terms.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Limited Warranty
Terms but subject to Sub-clause 3, neither Manufacturer, nor
Manufacturer's Afliates' nor its or their ofcers, employees,
agents, or sub-contractors shall be liable under or in connection
with this Limited Warranty Terms or any collateral contract for
any:
(a) direct or indirect loss of: (i) income; (ii) actual or
anticipated prots (iii) anticipated savings (iv) business
(v) contracts (vi) goodwill or reputation (vii) use; or
(b) damage to or corruption of data; or
(c) indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any
kind, howsoever caused and whether arising in or by
virtue of breach of contract, tort (including negligence),
misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, strict liability
or infringement of rights or otherwise howsoever, whether
or not such loss or damage was foreseeable or in the
contemplation of the parties.
(3) Nothing in this Limited Warranty Terms or any collateral
contract shall exclude or in any way limit any liability of
Manufacturer, Manufacturer's Afliates or its or their ofcers,
employees, agents, or sub-contractors) to the extent that such
liability may not be limited or excluded as a matter of law.
(4) SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS
OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY
GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY, FROM COUNTRY TO
COUNTRY. THE ENCLOSED WARRANTY DOES NOT REPLACE
OR RESTRAIN CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER THE LEGAL
WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS THAT MAY APPLY
