Troubleshooting
DESCRIPCIÓN POSIBLE CAUSA SOLUCIÓN
The unit switches on and off fre-
quently.
• There is too much or too little refrige-
rant in the system.
• Incompressible gas or moisture has
entered the system.
• Compressor is broken.
• Voltage is too high or too low
• Check for leaks and recharge the system
with refrigerant.
• Evacuate and recharge the system with
refrigerant.
• Replace compressor
• Install a manostat to regulate the voltage
Poor heating. • The outside temperature is extre-
mely low.
• Cold air entering through doors and
windows
• Low refrigerant level due to leakage
or prolonged use.
• Use an auxiliary heating device.
• Make sure all doors and windows are
closed during use.
• Check for leaks, reseal if necessary and
rell with refrigerant..
The indicator lights are ashing.
The unit can either stop operation or continue to operate safely. If the indicator lights con-
tinue to ash or error codes appear, wait about 10 minutes. The problem may resolve itself.
If it does not, turn the power off and then on again. Turn the unit back on.
If the problem persists, disconnect the power and contact the nearest customer service
centre.
