Wash performance is
poor: Stains persist or
the laundry is not whit-

• Insucient amount of detergent is used. >>> Use the recommend-
ed amount of detergent depending on water hardness and laundry
type.
• An excessive amount of laundry has been loaded. >>> Do not over-
load the drum. Do not exceed the amounts recommended in the
“Table of wash cycles”.
• The wrong program and temperature have been selected. >>>
Select the proper program and temperature for the laundry to be
washed.
• The wrong type of detergent has been used. >>> Use the original
detergent appropriate for the product.
• Detergent has been put in the wrong compartment. >>> Put the
detergent in the correct compartment. Do not mix the bleaching
agent and the detergent with each other.
Wash performance is
poor: Oily stains appear

• Regular drum cleaning is not carried out. >>> Clean the drum regu-

grams may cause unpleasant smells or the proliferation of bacteria.
>>> Leave the detergent drawer and the loading door of the prod-
uct ajar after each wash to allow it to dry and avoid the proliferation
of bacteria inside the machine.

• Excessive laundry has been loaded. >>> Do not overload the drum.
• The detergent in use is damp. >>> Keep detergents securely closed
in an environment free of humidity and do not expose them to
excessive temperatures.

gram and temperature according to the laundry type and degree of
soiling.
The washing machine

• The amount, brand and storage conditions of the detergent used
are inappropriate. >>> Use a detergent suitable for the washing
machine and your laundry. Keep detergents securely closed in an
environment free of humidity and do not expose them to excessive
temperatures.

gent is put in the prewash compartment and a prewash cycle is not

softener phase. Put the detergent in the correct compartment.
• Detergent has been mixed with softener. >>> Do not mix the soften-
er with the detergent. Wash the drawer with hot water.
