Fault Code Possible Cause Solution

A fault has occurred with the dryer’s
humidity sensor.
• Take note of the fault code and
please call our Support Team by
dialling 1300 11 4357 or email at
support@residentiagroup.com.au
• Next, remove the power plug from
the wall immediaely.
• Do not attempt to carry out any
repairs yourself, instead wait for a
qualied service agent to do so.

temperature sensor.

The water container may be full, or
it is a fault with the water level
sensor.
Note: These fault codes wll only appear if an abnormality or fault occurs. In such an occurrence, the appliance will
enter a protective state and display one of the relevant fault codes as listed above. Do not ignore these codes if
they appear.
