6.2.3 Process adapter with hygienic metal-to-metal seal
A long-term stable, maintenance-free and gap-free fitting in the metal-to-metal seal is only valid
for once-only mounting.
If the sealing is mounted multiple times:
Replace the process adapter with a new equivalent process adapter.

6.2.4 G 1 flange / G1 adapter
The sensor is sealed with the sealing ring at the back of the process connection.
Ensure that the sealing area on the flange/ adapter is flush with the tapped hole.
Ensure that the sealing area has a surface structure of at least Rz = 6.3 (observe DIN EN ISO 1179-1).
