LT39xx Electronic sensor for level and temperature
28
[U] = voltage output 0… 10 V [OU2]
[UnEG] = voltage output 10… 0 V
9.6.3 Setting the switching limits (hysteresis function)
u Make sure that for [OU1] the function [Hno] or [Hnc] is set.
u Select [SP1] and set the value at which the output switches.
[SP1]
u Select [rP1] and set the value at which the output is reset. rP1 is always smaller than SP1. The
device only accepts values which are lower than the value for SP1.
[rP1]
9.6.4 Setting the switching limits (window function)
u Make sure that for [OU1] the function [Fno] or [Fnc] is set.
u Select [FH1] and set the upper limit of the acceptable range.
[FH1]
u Select [FL1] and set the lower limit of the acceptable range.
FL1 is always lower than FH1. The device only accepts values which are lower than the value for
FH1.
[FL1]
9.6.5 Scale analogue signal
The menu items [ASP2] and [AEP2] are only available with [SEL2] = [TEMP].
u Select [ASP2] and set the analogue start point.
u Select [AEP2] and set the analogue end point.
[ASP2]
[AEP2]
9.6.6 Defining the switching delay for the switching output
u Select [dS1] and set the value between 0.0 and 60s.
At 0.0 (= factory setting) the delay time is not active.
The switching delay reacts according to VDMA.
[dS1]
9.6.7 Defining the switch-off delay for the switching output
u Select [dr1] and set the value between 0.0 and 60 s.
At 0.0 (= factory setting) the delay time is not active.
The switch-off delay reacts according to VDMA.
[dr1]
9.6.8 Setting the switching logic for the output
u Select [P-n] and set [PnP] or [nPn].
[P-n]
9.6.9 Set response of the outputs in case of a fault
u Select [FOU1] / [FOU2] and set the value:
[on] = the switching output switches ON in case of a fault.
In case of a fault, the analogue output switches to: > 21 mA / 10 V
[OFF] = The switching output switches OFF in case of a fault.
In case of a fault, the analogue output switches to: < 3.6 mA / 0 V
[OU] = The output reacts according to process value (if possible).
Faults: faulty hardware, too low a signal quality, untypical level curve. Overflow is not considered to be
a fault!
[FOU1]
[FOU2]
