11. Open the front door.
12. Close the printhead cover, and then close the front door.
13. Connect the power cord, and then turn on the printer.
Clean the paper-pick rollers manually
Clean the paper-pick rollers to help prevent paper feed issues, such as no paper pick, paper jams, and print skew.
1. Gather the following materials:
● A long, lint-free cotton swab
● Distilled, ltered, or bottled water (tap water might damage the printer)
2. Press the Power button to turn o the printer, and then unplug the power cord.
3. Unplug any other cable from the printer.
4. If necessary, raise the input tray, or remove any paper from the input tray.
