4. Find the user you want to remove, and under the Actions column, click the menu icon .
5. Select Delete User.
Enable Guest access to an HP Roam printer
Guest printing enables individuals with HP Roam user accounts that are not a member of your organization to
print stored jobs to your HP Roam-enabled printer. Guest printing is enabled by default for printers that have
been added, but can easily be disabled or re-enabled from the HP Roam Web Portal.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Printers tab.
