6. In the Promote to admin dialog, select Promote to admin to conrm.
Under the Role column, the User is now listed with an ADMIN status.
Delete a user from HP Roam
To delete users from the HP Roam Web Portal, follow these steps.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Users tab.
