Method two: Import multiple users using a .csv le format
To import multiple users at one time, follow these steps.
NOTE: The csv format required to successfully import the printers is: emailAddress, rstName, lastName, locale.
1. Open the HP Roam Web Portal. To do this, type or copy/paste the following URL into a web browser:
https://www.roamprint.com
2. Click Log in with HP ID and log in using administrator credentials.
3. Select the Users tab.
4. Click the + Invite multiple users button.
5. Drag and drop the .csv or .xls le into the Invite multiple users dialog.
NOTE: User information in the .csv le or Excel le must be formatted in the following .csv structure:
emailAddress, rstName, lastName, locale
● emailAddress is the user’s email address used to access HP Roam
● rstName is the user’s rst name
● lastName is the user’s surname
● locale is the user's language code. For example, United States users would use en-US.
