b. Select the printers you want to add and click the arrow to add them to the right pane.
NOTE: To select multiple devices to add at one time, press and hold Ctrl, and click each printer you
want to add.
c. When all printers have been added to the right pane, click Sync to HP Roam.
NOTE: If you receive a message Some printers failed to sync to HP Roam, it might be because HP
Web Services has not been enabled for those printers. See the section Enable HP Web Services in the
EWS.
The printers are added to the HP Roam Web Portal.
