Follow these steps to install the software.
1. Visit 123.hp.com to download and install the software on your device.
2. Open the software.
3. If prompted, create or sign in to an HP account and register the printer.
4. Connect the printer.

Use the HP printer software (Windows)
You can use the HP printer software to change printer settings, check estimated ink levels, order printing
supplies, maintain the printer, resolve printing issues, and more. Each device must have the software installed in
order to print.
Follow these steps to install the software.
1. Visit 123.hp.com to download and install the software on your device.
2. Open the software.
Windows 10: From the computer desktop, click Start, select HP from the app list, and then select the icon
with the printer name.

Press the Power button to turn o the printer. Wait until the Power light turns o before unplugging the power
cord or turning o a power strip.
CAUTION: When turning o the printer, make sure to follow the proper procedure to avoid any problems.
