Configuration Method
Download the App:
Download the SmartHQ app from
Google Play (Android) or the Apple app store (ios).
After downloading the App:
1. Please have wireless router information on hand
(including password).
2. Open the app.
3. Select “Sign In”.
4. Sign into your account and register as new user.
5. Turn your air conditioner on.
6. Select the “+” icon to add a new device and follow the
directions to add your air conditioner to your account.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts.
