Troubleshooting
I have connected an external source to my TV but I get no picture and/or
sound.
• Check whether the connection between the external device and your TV is correct and secure.
• Make sure that you select the corresponding input source. For example, if you connect HDMI cable to
HDMI 1 port, please select HDMI 1 as the input source on TV.
• If the signal is intermittent, unplug the TV power cord from AC outlet and reconnect after 60 seconds.
