USER MANUAL
I have no sound at all from my monitors.
My monitors seem to produce a very narrow
image of my music.
My electric guitar and bass barley register when
I plug them into the back of the unit.
I’m having trouble adjusting my PHONES 2 level.
I’ve just turned on my i73 Interface and I’m not
getting any sound.
A window stating that is a conflict od sample
rates has emerged from the MIXER.
Have you left the MUTE function active?
Make sure you do not have the MONO button
activated.
For instruments you need to use the D.I. inputs on
the front for level and impedance compatibility.
you need to push that level control knob in order
to switch to PHONES 2 and OUT 3-4.
Check to make sure it is not in MUTE mode as
that is how it will boot up.
Just reboot the MIXER, it will automatically
detect the new one and adapt to it.
While registering my unit, once the serial number is
included, a connection error mesage appears.
Make sure that HeritageSync tool is running. If
not, double click on it and wait for a minute.
I’m experiencing harmonic distortion on the
output.
Go to Output Level Calibration on Heritage Audio
MIXER and lower it until the distortion is gone.
